My Voice Experience
My career in voice work began in radio. My show was composed of features like the Hollywood Slate, a quick look at movies in production or coming soon; Celebrity Weather, where guest meteorologists like Jack Nicholson, Bob Dylan, and Sean Connery phoned in the weather forecast. I also had a character by the name of Manny Shevitz who was a former New York City cab driver relocated to Fredericksburg, VA. Manny would call in and discuss local items of interest.
I branched out to voice work, performing and producing radio spots and voice other projects like the CD, "What To Expect From Your Cancer Treatment" for the Federal Health and Human Services Department. I narrated the fund raising video used by the Washington DC Capital Area Food Bank.
I have done some on screen work as well.
My Training
Graduate of the Columbia School Of Broadcasting. Completing studies in Radio Production in May of 1995 where I finished 1st in my class, and completing Radio Announcing studies in September of 1995.
I am trained in digital editing and production using Cool Edit/Audition and the Orban Audicy system.
I am also experienced with editing reel-to-reel tape, using grease pencils, razor blades, and splicing tape.
