Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

I have impersonated accents, some famous people and cartoon characters for many years (not commercially, but just to amuse myself and my friends and family); hope to do more commercially now; can do very good German, French, Russian, Indian, British, Australian, redneck, hillbilly, and many other accents; I also speak German with a native German accent (i.e. a German would say i have "no accent" to him/her)

My Voice Experience

I have done, up to now, mainly just German voiceovers (I was the German voice for the self-guided audio tour at Elvis Presley's Graceland in Memphis, TN for many years until a few years ago); did a corporate video in German for FedEx; have done some smaller elearning courses in English

My Training

BA in German and Russian/Soviet Studies from Rhodes College (Memphis, TN - 1992)

Studied at University of Cologne (Köln, Germany) and State University of Languages in Leningrad, USSR (now St. Petersburg, Russia)

Mentored by several famous voice actors, including Gene Vengerov-Markmann.

My Studio Equipment

I record all my voiceovers in my home studio, which includes: audio-technica AT4033a microphone with filter and microphone stand, cakewalkl USB audio capture (UA-25 EX) and Adobe SoundBooth CS4 software.

Additional Skills

I am super easy to work with and have excellent English and German communication skills. I speak with a clear, resonating voice and have intermediate audio file editing skills (all self-taught). I am a hard worker and eager to build a library of voiceover work. If you like my voice, you will NOT be disappointed in working with me!
