I attended New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, where I studied theater and was immersed in a rigorous studio environment. My studio was the Atlantic Theater Company Acting School. I took several other acting classes in the city, including improv comedy at UCB Theater.
While at NYU I also took private voice lessons (singing) and sang in a choir.
During my time at NYU, I met voiceover actor and teacher Peter Rofe, and upon graduating, studied with him privately and had him produce my demo.

Since I have a theater and acting background, I handle complex language well, and am comfortable creating a character for a read.
I've also worked in a variety of interesting and varied jobs, which has familiarized me with legal jargon (from working at several law firms) and complex educational texts (from my time spent editing literary reference products).
