Voice Description

A very natural and pleasing voice with memorable qualities that propel a listener to want to hear more as soon as possible. The range is baritone and whether I am trending to the deep side for narratives, or allowimg my sexy and fun qualities to rise and shine, or to stress a smooth and exacting flow of a language is a professional quality of voice I have always found to be most desirable to audiences of men and women.(who are generally well pleased.) I can affect a southern Gentleman's demeanor, or a British accent quite easily. Give erah go, sheel be there in a fortnight, yahknow?

My Voice Experience

I've been in New York since the early fifties and have had a very successful career as a voice over announcer, Its one that has taken me to a lot of homes where I could be one of the family, the voice of a father or uncle who everyone likes because he fits in so easily with the rest of the gang, weeknights and weekends. Memories of my voice overs, heard by radio or TV audiences, have brought a surprising measure of gratification from friends and acquaintances recalling my performances in voice over productions, long afte their initial airing. As a professional announcer, my rich, baritone voice, of course,is my living. I worked on TV for numerous years as the commercial announcer for Harry Reasoner, Ted Koppel, Peter Jennings and Charles Gibson.

My Training

In my studies within the academics of art, I learned to not only seek out, but to desire the finest of everything in
life. While this may, at times, extend itself to the tangibles we all collect, it also lends itself to the very
quality of experiences in which we engage. It is in seeking the finest for the desires of our hearts that we become alive
and joyous.

My Studio Equipment

ISDN Transmitter - with Neumann mic (this great mic cost me $12,000 three years ago and today should retail for over $15,000. The transmitter alone is worth over $5,000.

Additional Skills

I appreciate the quality experience of spending time with authentic people who are brimming with humor, clever antics, and steadfast convictions. I enjoy dialogs of depth snd substance where one can speak his mind and enjoy the results. I am looking forward to voice over announcements for broadcasters who may want me to use my ISDN equipment, including the Neumann mic, made in Germany.
