Voice Description
Variable approach to voice work. I have done on the commercial side warm, hard retail, very personal and humorus. Very flexible with both broadcast and industrial. I will say this with respect to industrial or business-to-business:
I always attempt to add a more personal narrative touch to such tracks, otherwise you wind up with a flat or one-dimensional read, which I am sure would not please the client and put the one view such asleep.

The copy and the producer always leads the way and both must work together. What is client really seeking? I cannot stress how important this is and in my opinion, one should never assume anything. Just ask.
My Training
1986 The best voiceover workshop I had ever taken with Bob Magruder one of the most successful voice talents known regionally and nationally. In fact I took his system and developed my own workshop which I offered for over fifteen years up to 2003.

Additional Skills
I am orignally from NYC where I not only worked at a major studio in the Sixties but was also exposed to tracks for radio commercials on a regular basis. Included voice talent such as Hal Linden, Mason Adams, Bill Rogers and many others. With this I also developed a knack for discovering (libraries) and producing some music tracks for commercials. I also have a professional music background and this has been helpful as well.
