Don't let the 96kbs demos fool ya. I have several styles of voice offerings that go GREAT with any read! I can be deep and powerfull when the project requires it, and I'm also able to do a Warm, Slow, Directional voice when desired. I have a Nice, Leading & an Uplifting speaking voice that's GREAT for ANY narrational needs. My assorted Funny, Accented, Cartoon-Like variations of vocal skill , can be manipulated towards many various styles and characters. Ask for roughly what you're looking for, and I'll help you pick a style that's right for YOUR project.
I'm a funny man at heart. From set-up jokes, to the timing in sarcastic material, I can do it all! The mind is a terrible thing to waste, that's why I recycle. :)

My Voice Experience

My time in voice overs wasn't fully recognized until I'd recorded some drops for assorted radio stations and podcasts. The feedback I'd recieved was just the thing I'd needed to keep my focus and drive on recording. I've done the basic phone messages and please holds, but the most fun lately has been projects for some friends in college, video games and I'm in the process of recording several presidential/democrat basic reads for the D.N.C. that's about to happen here in Denver.
My focus is on projects that will allow me to showcase my skills, yet at the same time will present YOU with the ability to catch the audience that you desire.

My Training

Regis Jesuit. I need not say anymore except that name. I've taken three vocal training classes and several lecture/workshops. I've also worked directly with customers on a face to face, communicative basis, daily. Proper articulation and pronunciation has been developed over 18 years, along with a more recent move towards script writing. No performing arts school or journalism school, just good ole "Know-How".
Communications classes can't teach expression through voices........Wait....
That's EXCATLY what they do................
Well that's good because it's excatly what I do as well!
That was kind of cheezy, eh?

My Studio Equipment

In the studio, I use MXL mics that are sent to my powerseries phantom-powered amp. These are directly cabled into my computer used only for recording and sound production. All editing and final cuts are done with Audacity. .....Sweet......

Additional Skills

I can add music and/or sounds to any read. No add on's or "trickery" is used in my recordings, unless requested by the project manager.
My ability to deal with people has helped me become a speaking machine. There's no forced fakeness, or general disinterest, just a passion for communicating with others and finding ways to use my vocal skills in everyday life!
Also, I was going to be a cage fighter, but no cages wanted a piece of this. My younger years of watching cartoons has given me a child-like appreciation for people like Mel Blanc and Frank Oz. If I could work on any cartoon, it'd be Robot Chicken. I mean, I like the show,,but it's the $6.00 an hour that'd win my heart ! :)
