My voice is deep and resonating. I can sound sexy, romantic and light-hearted for commercials, professional for documentaries, warm and inviting for presentations and infomercials. Often times, people just smile and tell me they could listen to me for hours. I have no accent, but can portray a native New Yorker and different age ranges; young adult all the way to mature adult.

My Voice Experience

In high school, a friend and I would have "poetry sessions," in true beatnik style. We would entertain our audiences with silly, on-the-spot poems and plays:

The audience would laugh and I would be able to use different voices and practice different tonalities.
I am an English teacher for students from Spanish speaking countries currently and partake in story-telling everyday and love using different accents and emotions to portray character emotions and actions.

Additional Skills

As a teacher I am constantly using my voice to control rowdy and sometimes rather unenthused middle school children. All of my students love my stories and listen intently. I make speeches everyday and I never falter, due to frequent encounters with on-the-spot speaking, Pressure means nothing to me. I can entertain audiences of 13-16 year olds.
