Warm, deep and serious for more theatrical and serious projects, excellent reading voice, I have both read and performed my own work for several years, childlike sweet and soft for children's projects or books, funny and quirky for children's material or movies and television, highly emotional or sad/compassionate (writing a lot of love poems will do that to you) for any project requiring deep feeling.

My Voice Experience

Poet Slam Team 2003. Wrote and performed my own poetry and musical works for national competitions. 22+ years self training and some school training in several forms of musical performance as a singer: blues, folk, rock, opera and goth, ect. My school training includes Advanced Chorus throughout Middle and High School as well as All County Chorus, and several years of church choir. Also write my own compositions for many years now. I have worked as a sound tech for film as well and also do editing and recording for my own music compositions. In 2007 I was the sound editor and did foley for "The Darkest Heart." My parents are both musicians so I was trained as a singer at home from the age of 5.

My Studio Equipment

I am currently using versions of Cool Edit Pro and Adobe Audition for songwriting and recording purposes, as well as softwares such as Band in a Box and Digital Ear for help in composing the backing music because I don't play an instrument. In addition to my computer I primarily use a microphone and a small preamp, for now.
