18 years in commercial radio and television, primarily in news. Stations and networks I've worked for full-time or freelance include WHOI-TV, Peoria; WMAY, Springfield; WBBM-AM, Chicago, CBS Radio; WSOY-AM, Decatur; WGIL-WAAG, Galesburg; Illinois Farm Bureau; Illinois Radio Network. Phone message work includes updating the highway construction and winter road condition hotline for the Illinois Department of Transportation.
My Training
AS in Broadcast Production Technology from Vincennes University. Course work towards bachelor degree from the University of Illinois at Springfield. Some vocal music training at Bethel College in Mishawaka, IN.

I've written advertising copy and news copy and am able to help clients tweek their scripts to catch the ear of their target audience.
