Voice Description
My voice can pretty much take on almost anything. I have been told that I can flex from warm, and comforting, to creepy, sexy or very stern rather quickly and then be able to easily shift back and forth. I have experience of the stage accents for Scottish, Standard British, Irish, Russian, Standard Southern, Cockney, and French.
I can do many different types of cartoon character voices but none of them are truly imitations that I know of, just ways to entertain my friends.

My Voice Experience
In the work that I have done for classes before I have been able to change my voice to incorporate 12 different character voices in one dubbing scene and also to do 5 very distinct characters in an audio book recording. I have yet to work professionally through voice-overs but I would love to pursue it and I have been told by both teachers and students that I was the best in the class at every type of voice-over work we studied.
My Training
I have worked exclusively for over 2 years with Carolyn Blackington at Western Illinois University as a vocal coach. I was part of her first voice-over exclusive class and she told me that this was definitly something for me to pursue.
I recently graduated with a degree in theatre from WIU, with an emphasis in Acting, but I have also pursued every type of technical aspect of theatre as well; scenic, lighting and costumes, both in the shops and through designs. I was also the director for two productions at WIU.
I have been in theatre for about 10 years now and have appeared in over 30 performances, both professionally and scholastic, performing a wide range of characters, from older father figure to thug/killer-type.

Additional Skills
I have expansive experience and knowledge in equestrian sports, computer technologies, photography and digital photo-editing, and rural life.
Another aspect of myself that makes me rather unique if what I call my "dolphin click," this is a rolling clicking sound I can make with the side of my tongue. I have only met one other person in my life who can do this particular sound.
