My Voice Experience

I have done voiceovers for e-Learning programmes, broadcasts, announcements, etc. I have also done emceeing jobs at various events, including small concerts to lectures involving high level politicians and diplomats.

My Training

I graduated with a good Honours degree in English Language/Linguistics from the National University of Singapore. Articulation, phonetics, etc. were some of the modules I did related to voiceovers.

I have also done a fair amount of copywriting. I am also a semi-professional pianist with diplomas in piano performance, teaching and music theory.

Additional Skills

In addition to my more serious events with adult audiences, I also taught English in Japan for two years to elementary and junior high school students. As part of the job, I had to appear in DVDs and speak in a way that was characteristic of such personas in educational DVDs.
