My Voice Experience

Since starting my voiceover career in 1994, I have become one of the leading Italian voices in the UK regularly working both in Italian and English.

My style is particularly in demand for TV and radio work and throughout the years I have provided my unique identity to regular clients including Discovery Channel, Sky TV (Italy and UK), ESPN Classic Sport, Bloomberg TV, CNN, Playboy TV and National Geographic.

Since 1996 I have also been voicing promos and continuity for Cartoon Network Italy, and more recently promos for Boomerang TV. I also regularly work for RAI (Tg1, Tg2, Tg3), MTV and Hallmark TV as well as presenting a monthly radio financial news program for Aviva.

I have voiced numerous TV and radio commercials both in Italian and English, for a wide range of clients including The Observer, The Times, BBC, ITN, British Airways, Alitalia, Nokia, Vodafone, Samsung, FIAT, BT, Levi’s Jeans, Muller and many more.

My voice is also in great demand for toys. I am the Italian Furby and the main female voice for Fisher-Price toys in Italy. Amongst the many others are the Star Wars official toys as Queen Amidala, and ET official toys as Elliott.
Hasbro Toys also included are Twister Moves, Hulk, Cluedo, and Whac-a-mole.

Another area I specialize is narration for guided tours in museums and art/photography exhibitions. Her voice will lead you around the Tate Modern, St Paul’s Cathedral, The Louvre, Graceland (Elvis Museum – she plays Priscilla and Lisa Marie), Versailles, Hampton Court, Sterling Castle, Guggenheim Museums in New York, Bilbao, Venice and Berlin, Buckingham Palace's Banqueting House, Kensington Palace, Windsor Castle and on the Original Tour Bus Company in London, amongst others.

My acting skills can instead be heard in radio plays such as the BBC4 “A Thousand Days In Venice” and numerous video games including: Metal Gear Solid, Pacman, Gran Turismo 4, Half Life, Half Life 2, Star Trek, G-Police, Medieval, Medieval 2, Colony Wars, Hitman, WDL Warjets, Tetrus, Ape Escape, Destrega, Syphon Philter, Civ 3, Drakon, Global Domination, Beast Wars, Klingons, Falcon, Mech Commander, Xcom, Jak And Daxter, Cubix, Mashed, etc

Some of my other voiceover work includes projects as varied as: voicing the Nortel Networks launch campaign in Italy, SAP Development Solutions and Hilton University tuition courses, Denzo Car Navigation Systems for Jaguar and Toyota, Lowrance Car Navigation tool, Sony Playstation 2 Broadband Instruction Video and many Italian Language courses.

My Training

My break into the voiceover business came when I auditioned and won the narrator part for cult Channel 4 youth culture program “Passengers” (voiced in English by Jo Whiley) in 1994. Prior to that, I produced and directed music shows for the pan-European TV network Superchannel and the Italian terrestrial channel Videomusic, also interviewing on camera the world’s biggest pop stars (I consider interviewing David Bowie live on Italian national TV for the ‘Freddie Mercury Tribute’ the pinnacle of my presenting career). I continued presenting on camera for NBC when they purchased Superchannel for two more years. I still write music interviews for press agency Skrufff.com, which provides content for music and lifestyle magazines and websites around the world.
