Naturally, I do not have an accent. I have the ability to play up a midwestern accent.
The various characters I can play include little kid, evil witch, frail person, loud booming voice.
My voice is perfect for female animation rolls.
My Voice Experience
My voice over experience has recently begun. My dream has always been to be a cartoon character and to pursue this, I contacted Daniel Japlin from New York. He walked me through all the basics of being a professional voice over and couched me over the phone until we both agreed that I had perfected my voice over skills. I then went to Q Studios in Chicago, IL and worked with Adam "Sombionx" Nelson to create my demo (including 5 commercials, a narrative, and a child's story). Although I am new to this profession, I am extremely eager to work with other artists and I take criticism extremely well.
My Training
I received formal training from Daniel Japlin at the Chicago Voice-Over Success Program. Daniel is out of New York, therefore, I received most of my training over the phone. I then went to Q Studios in Chicago and worked successfully with the studio engineer to create my demo.
Unrelated to voice overs - I got my bachelor's in accounting at Purdue University in Lafayette, IN. I also became a licenced CPA (certified public accountant). I am eager to change career paths and I am open to any auditions.

Additional Skills
I have taken many business courses and I have a day job where I work in an office. Because of this, I am very adept at working with a wide variety of personalities and I am able to take criticism very well.
