Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

I can perform Irish, Italian, Scottish, Mexican, Australian, or British accents very well. Given examples I can immitate other accents easily. I can read as young children, older adults, or middle aged males. I can do robotic variations and animal sounds as well.

My Voice Experience

I am a recently trained voice over talent. I took lessons with Voice Coaches in Schenectady, New York where they recorded a professional demo and provided me with tips for improving my voice over abilities. I am a teacher with children of my own. Reading aloud and creating characters and voices comes very natural to me. I have also acted on stage, and can get into character easily, as well as perform for specific audiences. I have not acted as a voice over talent as of July 2008, but I have read aloud to live audiences some of my own poetry.

My Training

I received my voice over training from Voice Coaches in Schenectady, NY. I have two Master's degrees in Education from The Sage Colleges in Troy, NY, and I have a Bachelors degree in Philosophy from Siena College in Loudonville, New York. In all of my studies I have performed for audiences, read aloud, and otherwise engaged audiences with performances using my voice!

My Studio Equipment

I have a home PC with a Microphone and several recording programs with which I am still experimenting. I do not have the capabilty to record professional sounding material as of July 2008 in my home.

Additional Skills

I am a very fluent reader and I can easily decode and correctly pronounce technical jargon relating to any field. I am confident and friendly and very easy to work with.
