I began a radio career in 2007 and have been on-air since 2009. Prior to that time, I worked in a music store where I lent my voice to the phone system. They're still using it today.
I've been a part of several voice-over projects at my church. They include a scripture-based narration to accompany a drive-thru nativity, a capital campaign video, and an outreach effort for Easter.
I completed the radio program at Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts in 2008. My radio career began shortly afterward at WWJ in Detroit, where I was a producer/editor.
My on-air work began in 2009 when I moved back to my home state of Missouri. Since then, I've been a member of the [now nationally] award-winning KTTS news team in Springfield.
I run an ADK Hamburg Mk8 into a CEntrance MicPort Pro preamp. That goes directly into an iMac. My DAW software of choice is Adobe Audition CS6.
