Voice Description

My voice qaulity has been described as clear, warm, inviting. I have a true, elegant British accent (RP) and I could sound very posh but still maintaining the warmth. My voice is perfect for
voice-over documentaries such as nature shows. My voice has been described as a young female version
of David Attenborough. I could sound quite cockney-ish too if the character asks for it !

As a voice over artist, my voice is perfect for cartoon characters. I could sound very sweet and charming for princesses and the like, or my voice acting could sound quite pixie-like and
naughty. I do a wicked evil witch laugh! I love cartoons and that would be the best acting work for me !!! (and most especially musical animation, I worked extensively as a musical actress/singer, starring in Miss Saigon, The King & I, Joseph --

As a voice over talent, my voice is suited for voice mail messages, as I do have a very welcoming friendly tone. If you like a sexy sound, my voice is just the right amount of sexiness to it -- not over the top at all.

I speak fluent Tagalog (a Filipino dialect).

I am a musical actress/singer and have been very successful in London and Germany (my best known work being Miss Saigon in Germany and The King & I at London's famous West End) -- I have performed and toured all over the U.K. and many major European cities, and have had excellent reviews of my work.

I have always wanted to be a voice over artist and since I have been busy with my musical theatre work (and enjoying it!), I have not pursued it. Since I have been "on stage" for almost 20 years, I would like to give my full attention to voice acting work.

My advantage to being a voice acting artist is that I have done a lot of singing recording in the past. I am quite comfortable in the recording booth. I am very easy to work with, and I welcome notes from the director -- and I take direction very very well.

My first voice work was for the animation "Salome" and I played Salome. It was written and directed by Jan Pfenninger. It will be released sometime in the summer 2008.

My Training

I have been trained by many brilliant voice coaches/teachers all over the world -- they gave me the proper voice mechanics/basics and voice maintennance. My Musical theatre experience on the other hand, has made my voice stronger and has given me the tools to find ways to experiment with different voice characters/types.
