My Training

I majored in TV/Radio in Marietta College where I was able to try everything in the field. I became Producer of an award winnning radio show, 'Campus Connections' where I interviewed several campus visitors such as Jerry Springer and Phyllis Schlafly.

At Marietta, I also minored in Advertising/Public Relations and Journalism. Because of my major and minors, I was able to experience every type of radio - from narration to character voices.

After college, I accepted a job at Fox News Radio in NYC where I was the Affiliate Booker of airtalent. Also, I got to work with writing script for the talents. It was a great experience, but I wanted to be on air.

In 2005, I accepted a job in VT where I was the afternoon airtalent. I was also involved in production, imaging, and promotions for the station. I managed the station website as well. Because I became so actively involved in production at the station, I wanted to expand my talents by taking on prod work for other stations/companies.

On top of production and voice over talent work, I have some vocal training. I can sing anywhere from Sop. 2 to Alto 2. I would love to do jingles too!

I am very hard working and will never miss a deadline. I am also somewhat of a perfectionist. I do not submit work until I know it is done to the quality it needs to be. However long it takes, I will do what it takes to please the client.
