My Voice Experience

I come from a theatre background. For most of the past 20 years I've either been onstage or off. When I am offstage I tend to get the one or two lines needed as an offstage voice. Most recent show I did I was off stage, as well as the stage manager. In high school I took a radio class and was told by the teacher I should look in to more options and finish my demo. I never did finish my demo I was more interested in an other field. But since leaving college I have been told more than once I should do voice over work and would like to see if my talent do lay in that direction. I understand how to take direction, I give my theatre students example vocally of how they should be portraying a role if they are struggling.

My Training

During high school was a member of the Speech Team.
Over ten years solid work back stage and onstage in local theatre. Including directing and live voice overs. When working for Kroger I wrote and "performed" daily ads for the overhead speakers. For each Youtheatre show I make an announcement live.
