Arcy Flores

Character specialist, girl next door, wry, bubbly

Voice Description

My voice is naturally warm and deep but can range to smooth and professional, for presentations, soothing and calm-think yoga instructors, bright and outgoing for commercials, and the rest of these voices I have experimented with for characters: low and sinister, high and creepy with whispery tendencies- think Mourning Murtle/Gollum, really high and bright- Minney Mouse, sexy and deep, soft and breathy- Marylin Monroe type and I continue to discover new voices every day.

My Training

Well, because I have spent most of my life in the education system, my vocal training is slightly limited to the acting classes I took in college at UCLA and currently at the JDS Studio in Temecula. I did some theatre in high school in which I experimented with different voices such as playing Veruca from "Willy Wonka" and the Grace from "Annie" and I also played a crazy psychologist in a play in college but most of my vocal training has come from singing in UCLA's University Chorus.
