Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects
I can imitate many accents, which include a valleygirl accent. I can sound like an excited teenage girl rambling on about her "dreamy" highschool crush. I also perform a deep country twain accent sounding as if I'm from the deepest southern ranch-like farmland around. I do a great New York accent as if I'm from the heart of Brooklyn, but then I can switch it up as if I'm straight from Bourbon Street New Orleans, LA. I can sound like I'm from England as well. I can sound like a little old lady as well as a country hick man. I can also imitate voices I hear around me. As they speak I can copy them.
My Voice Experience
I am just starting to pursue voice as a career. I currently have never professionally performed for anyone. I have just done various accents at my place of work and amongst friends and family. Due to the reactions recieved, the fits of laughter, and people insisting, "Girl, you truly have a gift," I decided to put forth the effort to try making a career of it.
My Training
I was a music major in college, although I didn't graduate I was given a music scholarship for singing. I was a part of Alabama Southern's performing Show Choir in 1999, my High School graduating year. I have also performed with various gospel groups traveling to sing in churches as far as Brooklyn, New York as well as down to places in Alabama.

Additional Skills
Although I have no previous experience working in this field professionally, I have many other gifts and talents that I do utilize every day. I am also a singer. I am a part of my Praise and Worship Team at church. I am a leader of songs as well as a great background singer for our Minister Of Music Min. DeWayne Woods which is a Nationally none Gospel Recording Artist. I also have the gift of writing song lyrics. So in me is a great variety of talent ready to be used for a higher purpose.
