My Voice Experience

I am VERSITILE... I love to listen to characters and mimic their voices. I can play serious and business like and I can also be playful, cartoonish and musical.

I have been featured on CBC radio for a business interview. I have also been on AM Radio 770 in Calgary for a one hour talk show on business. My voice is mid-tone and my range is broad. I have a strong ability to provide the voice that is needed. Can pick up voices by ear and learn the dialect very quickly.

My Training

I have taken intro courses for acting, auditioning and performing. I have been a SOC in two low budget films (Cover Story, Heartland Ghost). I am also a multiple instrument musician. Guitar for 10 yrs, Drums for 20 yrs, Bass Guitar for 10 yrs. I can also sing and had a band in my late teens/early twenties in Vancouver. My love of photography and sketching makes me an artist in many ways.

My Studio Equipment

I have a home music studio which I can add recording devices for the purpose of voice over work if necessary. I work with Mac computers so I have the technology available to me.

Additional Skills

I own several successful businesses currently. My businesses are financed base so I can easily read script that may be harder to grasp and understand for some other voice over performers. If the performer understands the material, I believe it is always better for the audience. I am easy to work with and my schedule is more flexible than most so I am available to provide services more readily than most. I can also work within a lower budget at first to gain more credentials and experience. I am capable of reading from a teleprompter as well.
