A lifetime of voice over and production experience gained in a very intense short time.
In my 4+ years of commercial radio I went from VT midday jock on 1 station to full time 3 station personality, imaging director for 2 stations (Hot AC and CHR Rhythmic) and 4 station creative services assistant.
