My Voice Experience

To date I have not worked in voice-overs. However, my voice is a very important part of my daily job. I work with young children and have to use a wide range of "voices" when reading to them or joining in their role play

My Training

I originally learned to use my voice when taking elocution lessons back in the 1970s. I learned to perform various pieces in front of an examining board and/or an audience. I obtained certificates of distinction and merit.

Additional Skills

My best, specific, other skill is in report writing. When I studied Child Development I researched assignments and, as well as giving stand-up timed presentations, produced written reports with evidence to support findings. Some of the presentations were filmed and I projected a natural and confident 'performance'.
