My Voice Experience

I'm a professional singer and a songwriter. I have done a children's album (Matrika)a rock n roll/blues album (Cool Violet)as well as some classical work (church gigs). I have done some professional band work with a corporate band as well as with my own band. My songwriting partner and I have won a couple of awards with the Northern California Songwriter's Association. I like to play with accents and since my day job is making recordings and talking on the phone 8 hours a day to customers I was thinking..
HEY maybe this could work for me creatively ...hmmm
I have recording experience. I'm a quick study and I'm told I'm professional and easy to work with ;-)
(And I'm also told from co workers and friends that I'm nice and funny too ;-)but what do they know?...lol)

My Training

My training is in acting and singing. I have a Bachelor's of Music in Voice (Dominican University) and a Masters of fine Arts in Theatre (with a musical theatre emphasis-San Diego State). At A.C.T. I took Scene Study and Shakespeare classes as well as speech and dialect classes. I also studied at the National Theatre Institute in Connecticut, partaking in an exchange program to east Berlin where we performed both in New York and Berlin.
