I do character voices for books on tape, cartoons or animated video (valley girl, geeky nerd girl, spazzy cat and sleepy dogs, high energy hard sell announcer). I also have been hired for British, NY, Irish, Scottish, Spanish and Southern accents.

I can read and speak Spanish, but am not conversationally fluent.

My Voice Experience

I am a trained vocalist and experienced actress with a Master's degree in Music.

On stage I have performed as an Irish Housekeeper (Maggie Maher) in “Every Broom & Bridget” Maggie Maher and as Spanish mistress (Rosa Gonzales) in Tennessee Williams “Summer & Smoke". I also played the Irish Landlady in “Showboat” and the English Marchelena in the “Marriage of Figaro”. In Brigadoon, I played the scottish Miora and an British Lady in Waiting for “Once Upon A Mattress”.

I wrote copy and performed a Radio Commercial Voice Over for Hennessy Department Store, in Helena, MT, and was hired to do a live Corporate for RC Cola and Winn Dixie Grocery Stores (Miami, FL).

My Studio Equipment

I have a Protools 002 home studio with high quality Audio Technica, Shure 87 and 58 microphones. My husband is a music producer and can record and edit tracks and add original music.

I have access to an ISDN line at local studio in Boston.
