For many years I have worked in the property sales business and for the last twenty years I have been a trainer and coach in sales and motivation specializing in presentation and the use of voice to communicate effectively. I am passionate about communication - how we hear it and how we don't. My objective is to ensure that the real meaning of what is said is really understood.
