Aside from recording numerous voiceovers for composition majors at my school, I was the female voice for commercials promoting the 2010 Apple Blossom Festival in Winchester VA. I am fairly new to the voiceover scene but have much experience as an actor on stage and on camera and am eager to be a part of and to learn more about this field with each new experience!
I recently graduated from Shenandoah Conservatory with a BFA in Musical Theater and have a great deal of performance experience both onstage and behind the camera. My voiceover training comes primarily from Kirsten Trump, Assistant Professor of Theater at Shenandoah Conservatory with some additional vocal coaching from Noelle Romano from Edge Studios. I had also had a few master classes with Rick Ours, the director of Shenandoah University Television. Both have an extensive background in television and voice work.
I have taken classes in lyric diction (and, therefore, very familiar with the International Phonetic Alphabet), Voice and Speech, Accents and Dialects, and Anatomy of the Voice
I am a trained singer and have over eight years of private voice instruction.
I am also an experience sales person and have worked with Vector Marketing to sell over 50,000 dollars worth of their product. I understand the importance of believing in what I am taking about and creating a desire for it in the customer.
