Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

In my past, I have been told that I do not speak with any particular dialect. I am able to preform a british accent, speak in southern dialect and I am currently working to pick up other accents.

My Voice Experience

I have worked with my voice in a variety of projects through college. I have made radio commercials, video voice overs (and editing), public service announcements, voices for video games and hosted my own radio program. I have spent some time as a representative for a catalog call center that demanded a different tone for each of the clients we helped (which could have been up to as many as 10 clients at any time). I sold high-end furnishings and clothing to wealthy individuals, altering my voice to sound sophisticated and I have also sold NRA subscriptions and memorabilia with more of a country girl next door fee. I am ready, willing and able!

My Training

I have completed courses in sound design, voice and diction, fundamentals of speech, single camera production, advanced production, broadcasting, journalism, animation, game design and was an assistant in the theater.

My Studio Equipment

I have invested in a IMac and have Garageband installed. I am hoping to add to my recording capabilities as I earn payments from performing these voice-overs.

Additional Skills

I have always had a quick turnover rate for the projects I have completed. I want to dive head first into this field and produce as many voice-overs as I possibly can. I am very dedicated. I have worked with many government employees, business men and women as well as the gambling and drunken public. I have observed how they speak and I know what they want to hear.
