My Voice Experience

Produce a local sketch comedy show in Maryland. I do plenty of voiceovers, impersonations and original characters on the show, I also write and record music mainly (R&B and Hip Hop) done it for over 15 years so I'm used to being in front of the microphone. I've also appeared on radio station 105.7 in Baltimore, MD (format Hip Hop and R&B) in 2001 before format was changed in 2002.

My Training

My brief time on the radio helped me with how I projected my voice and clearity, also being able to watch myself back on television because of the show was a great teacher for me.

Additional Skills

I'm really into original characters, yes I can do a few impersonations but I like to have original characters for people who are looking for something new and different. Favorite character is "Ms Phylis" basically an old complaining, hip grandmother who mixes old school and new school. If you have a young grandmother you know what I'm talking about.
