My Voice Experience

I've been in Talk Radio for about 12 years as Production Coordinator & Specialist. I write copy, voice and produce much of the on-air audio at the networks I've been blessed to be and have been employed, as well as some of our station affiliates. I occasionally record certain audio pieces or spots for local businesses & friends too.

My Training

Since I was a wee little fella, I loved to entertain. When I was maybe 7 or 8, I used to make my older brother and sister laugh with my own unusual characters. Later, I made junior high students and faculty laugh at my impressions of other teachers. The Drama Club was my kind of place AND a GREAT outlet! Then a couple of colleges and several theater productions later, I performed in Community Theater at Daytona Playhouse and also Summer Stock Theater in St. Augustine. I was also enrolled in a TV/Film Acting course at The Alliance Theater in Atlanta, GA. Other talents and interests are in Music and Writing. I played in Band from 6th grade Elementary through my Senior year in High School. I was also part of the Jazz/Rock Ensemble during concert seasons. Now, I play piano & sing as I'm a member of the Praise Team at my Church. GOD has truly blessed me! I write/voice/produce spots, stories and also promo material for the different Talk Shows on the network AND praise songs for GOD!

Additional Skills

I really enjoy writing and producing. One of my desires is to bring more attention and professional flair to local markets. I want the writing and production to reflect national ad quality opposed to the often ordinary run-of-the-mill, "cheap-sounding" ads that are typical in Small Town, USA (radio & tv) scene!
