While my voice is deep and resonant, it is still said to have an intelligent quality: (a voice over quality that makes a dictated prompt very clear and straightforward.) If an introduction announcement is read, the attention of the audience is easily turned to the person(s) being introduced. I can also give different energy levels. If you would like something exciting, or something more on the mellow side, I can most likely accommodate you. I can also control the “lilt” in your prompt to convey it as best I can as a voice talent. I can also mimic some characters.

My Training

Although I have had no professional voice over training, my job as a performer is to give each voice prompt a persona that will create a personal characteristic to an audience. I first began as a voice-over announcer for several music festivals. A fine arts administrator for the Brownsville Ind. School District offered me several opportunities to be an MC for other district events. I am now a requested voice talent for local news broadcasts (KWLF) and have recorded numerous automated answering messages.
