My natural speaking voice is deep with a comfortably gravely yet smooth timbre. I can easily adjust to booming lows and energizing mid-range voices. My natural dialect is southern U.S. English. However, for voice over applications I specialize in the standard midwest U.S. broadcast dialect. I am also capable of British, Scottish, Irish, and Australian dialects.

My Voice Experience

I performed tag lines, read news, and deejayed at 1610 AM WALT, Davidson College. I have also provided off-stage voice announcements for live events such as concerts and professional wrestling shows.

My Training

I have a B.A. in sociology from Davidson College. Throughout my education I have studied music theory and performance. Public speaking was a vital component of my college experience. I perfected my performance of the standard broadcast dialect in college.
