My Training

My background is in theatre as well as in singing. I have taken several voice classes, as well as vocal training for singing. Most recently I took the introductory and advanced voice over class with Kim Hurdon casting, with whom I also recorded my demo. I've been singing for 10 years, and have come across a wide variety of breathing and warm-up techniques, which have helped me immensely in crossing over into Voice Over work. I completed my Masters in Drama at the U of T, and have performed as an onstage actor in several productions. As an English major and writer, I also have a very good grasp on reading things clearly and coherently upon first glance.
