My Voice Experience
Although I have no professional experience, I have been experimenting with my voice my entire life. I can do all sorts of comic voices and accents. I can sound like a child, an old man, or even a woman. I believe that I have what it takes
to be a great voice over talent. I have been in one play in college so far called "Lone Star" where I played Cletis; a hillbilly who's spent his life being put down by others. I was the comic relief. A strong southern accent was necessary for the play and when the director received the dialect cd, he said I was the only one spot on right from the beginning.
My Training
I am only just now getting started in my acting training in college. However, I have been mimicking what I hear and creating my own voices for my whole life. My personality is one that thrives on speaking outside of my normal tones on a regular basis. I have received nothing but compliments and encouragement from my peers.
