I started voice acting a few years ago when my 5th grade student recommended I record my read aloud so they could hear it again. I had been doing voices and accents for a good while, particularly in Dungeons and Dragons games, but hadn't brought it to the forefront. Since that time I have signed up for a number of voice acting websites and have over 50 projects to my name, most of them being a title character. The projects have ranged from audio only read alouds to MCing musical concerts to fully realized productions. I originally went to college for Musical Theater but found I didn't enjoy the program there so switched to teaching. I learned and utilized my voice a great deal in the Education program and have since employed it frequently as a full time 5th grade teacher. I have also taken a good number of audio/video editing classes and this has afforded me an increased ability to manage my lines and create productions of my own.
