My Voice Experience

Worked in call center management and operations during and after college. Moved into banking and selling mortgage loans over the telephone. I was the number one sales person in my department and closed the largest number of loans. Never met customer's face to face - our entire relationship was by voice over the phone. Have worked for PwC and Key Bank most recently.

My Training

Was part of Purdue Musical Organizations while in college and participated in international singing tours. Have performed in front of 36,000 live in one weekend for the annual Purdue Christmas Show. Worked in the call center industry - all positions I have held required extensive time on the phone.
