My Voice Experience

I have recently returned from working on a contractual basis as a voice over instructor and mentor at the International Academdy of Film and Television in the Philippines. I conducted a series of five workshops related to voice overs and voice acting. I was also the vocal & acting coach for the lead actress in a film being produced by Bigfoot Entertainment in Cebu, Philippines.
I worked for over eight years in radio and television in the Chicago and Binghamton New York areas. I was able to hone my skills behind the scenes in Chicago's major market. Relocating to the medium market in upstate New York, I was steadily employed in the radio and televison industry as an announcer and news reporter, and recorded commercials on a daily basis.

As a result of the above-mentioned employment, I was offered and accepted freelance voiceover work with local advertising agencies and narrated several informational videos for womens' health issues for a local hospital chain.

My Training

I attended the Institute of Broadcast Arts in Chicago Il. This program consisted of hands-on training in all aspects of media announcing, broadcast journalism, and commercial voice-overs.

For a period of time I was employed by "The Talent Connection" where I assisted in arranging voice-overs, auditions, and booking for freelance talent in all forms of media and entertainment.
