I am from the Midwest United States (Michigan). With practice, I could do most any dialect with in the United States.

My Voice Experience

I definitely have the 'gift of gab' and people seem to enjoy it. I can tell a story and envision every character, plot, and situation in the story. I can be witty, funny, serious, soothing, or conviencing.

I am a singer with extensive vocal training. I know how to carry my voice to fit each situation. I am also trained in adding inflections and changing the tones in my voice. I am also a public speaker, and a life coach. I am willing to give almost anything a good try (at least once!).

My Training

I went to college for two years. I did not complete my degree but hope to go back someday (maybe when my kids are grown!). My major was music. I have been singing practically my entire life. I have attended many, many seminars, classes, and workshops for singing and public speaking.

I work part time teaching computers to Senior Citizens; I LOVE that job! I have taken extensive training on how to speak clearly, slowly, but keep their interst (so they don't fall asleep!).

My Studio Equipment

I am just getting started with voice over. I tend to be a perfectionist. When I do something, I want to do it right; 100% right- every time. I have a small, in- home studio right now with a USB condenser mic. I am pretty knowledgeable with computers and have family members who are in the computer business. I hope to expand my studio soon (as I become more involved with voice over).

Additional Skills

I really am 'jack of all trades'. I love learning new skills and prefecting them. I play the piano, sing, and love theater and art.
I am a wife, mother, computer teacher, pubic speaker, author, writer, and soon to be added: voice over.
