My Training

I am a 'jack of all trades' and enjoy working with my computer, voice, and creativity.

Singer/Songerwriter/Producer:
I have written and recorded around 100 songs since 1997. Most songs have been performed by myself and others have been written with the intent of other singers recording them. I have produced other artists (vocal coaching, providing the bed of music for their lyrics, providing a full start to finish product where i write the lyrics/melody/music/record the artist/and produce and master the track), and I have had fun creating remixes of already released material for a handful of artists. I have been using my computer as a recording workstation since 1999.

LIVE RADIO:
I have been an on-air DJ for 6 years in Cincinnati, Ohio for the Every Woman Show that has aired on WAIF 88.3fm for 30 years and recently moved to the new WVQC 85.7fm. I am also the producer of the Every Woman show, meaning I manage the scheduling of the staff, maintain the website, solicit material for review, and keep things moving smoothly.

I have a natural radio voice and was selected without any prior training for this job. I was able to pick it up quickly and enjoy providing live voice for radio.

LIVE PRODUCTION:
I was the audio engineer for live theater at the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park for a season back in 2000. I enjoyed this job, I cued up sound tracks to inject into the production as cued over headphone by the stage manager.

LIVE PERFORMANCE:
I am a singer and songwriter. I have performed with a live band performing original music. I have a strong work ethic regarding writing/recording/practicing/performing. I can facilitate and manage the whole process.
