- Experience, training, and equipmentI do not have much experience, but am looking to certainly expand that. I have done a few voicemail menus, and after-hour messages for the medical clinic I worked for a short time ago. No formal training. I have loved reading aloud since I was very young. I would even sometimes read magazine advertisements in different voices for fun. I have always done our home voicemail messages, and everyone that calls comments on how professional and well my voice sounds.
