My Voice Experience
I record comic-books-on-tape for a Washington, DC-based company called Graphic Audio. I've played all sorts of different characters, including a Chinese tour guide, Batman's girlfriend, a Midwestern marine, several space commanders, small children, villains, Wild Western women on the frontier and Wonder Woman. I also record How-to videos for an internet company called HowCast. I've recorded everything from how to eat healthy to how to ask someone out on a date.
My Training
B.A. in theatre performance from American University; summer Shakespeare program at Oxford University with the British American Dramatic Academy; LeCoq physical movement apprenticeship with Friches Theatre Urbain in Paris; private vocal coaching with Leigh Wilson Smiley of University of Maryland, College Park and Ellen O'Brien of The Shakespeare Theatre in Washington, DC.
