When working with children, children are a wonderful audience for storytelling, because of the richness and range of characters, that an adult can perform, so childrwen enjoy and particpate in the story and don't get bored. Hence I have learn't that speaking with a dull , flat monotone voice, will cause an audience to lose interest.
