My Voice Experience

I am currently a braodcasting intern. I've only done two commercials that have actually aired. The first commercial I did was for Pracillas which is an adult novelty store. I just read lines with another woman about our boyfriends and the things we wanted to get that were on sale. The second commercial I did was a PSA for a fundraiser for the Special Olympics. My training requires that I read many different types of commercials at many different lengths. I have done everything from a sandwich shop to obesity classes to movies airing on television. I also used to be in alot of plays when I was a child. The woman that I intern with has been amazed by how well I have done since the very start.

My Training

I am a broadcasting casting intern through The Broadcasters Training Network. I am currently working with a woman who has been in radio for almost 30 years. My training requires writing and reading many different types of commercials,writing and reading newscast,writing and reading sportscast, and interviews candid or otherwise. I also had to undergo speech therapy when I was a child which has helped to speak and enunciate very clearly.
