Voice Description

I have a middle range speaking voice, but have the ability to expand it based on what is required. I have the ability to articulate and am especially good at reading aloud. I have had extensive experience dealing with people and can speak very professionaly and clearly. I am a soprano, with extensive vocal training and the ability to sing to a high D sharp and as low as G flat (comfortably).

My Voice Experience

I have performed in over Broadway musicals, acting as well as singing in many different roles & different styles.
I have performed the roles of:
Dorcas in "Seven Brides for Seven Brothers" Ida in "Honk!"
The Minstrel in "Once Upon a Mattress"
Antonia in "Man of La Mancha"
Glinda in "The Wizard of Oz"
Grace in "Annie"
Dolly Tate in "Annie Get Your Gun"
Audrey in "Little Shop of Horrors"

I have performed with many groups including Redlands Bowl Theater, Southern California Youth Theater, La Sierra University Opera Theater and Gary Bonner Singers.

Along with participating in musicals I have performed in two different 1930 radio dramas

I have participated in three different professional recording sessions for choir recordings, including one in which I had a solo.

I currently am the artistic director for Olive Branch Christian Theater, an amateur company for actors of all ages. We have produced 5 full length broadway musicals and are currently working on our Summer Production of Joseph. I teach private voice & piano lessons as well as direct and have 7 years of experience working within the theater enviroment and with children.
