My Voice Experience

Okay...so I'm still a 24 year-old college student...but, ask around, and you won't find another 24 year-old with more experience than me doing voice-overs and other on-air radio/TV pieces.

I'm a Senior at Brigham Young University-Idaho in Rexburg, Idaho studying Broadcast Journalism. (2002 -Present)

I've worked for 2 summers doing On-air ork for Metro Networks. Duties include Live traffic reports, reading commercials for various stations around Sacramento, Stockton, Merced, and Modesto. I also do on-air work with feature stories on Metro News Source. (2006 - Present).

ON - air High School Football play-by-play on EISN during Fall of 2005. Broadcasted High School State Championship game for Idaho Division 2.

My Training

Learned voice-over abilities reading PSA's, Producing News stories and reports, and other on-air features for KBYI Radio in Rexburg, Idaho...part of duties as Student News Director at Brigham Young University-Idaho.

I also work as an On-Air Traffic Reporter for Metro Networks in Sacramento, California. Featured as "Nick" Chabra on 103.9 THE FISH, and KTKZ AM 1380 & 105.5 FM. Also a news reporter for Metro News doing feature stories covering Boys II Men, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, and other area Sacramento Area Celebrities.

Worked play-by-play for Idaho High School Football Games in Fall of 2006. Covered Idaho State Championship game at Holt Arena in Pocatello live for EISN (Eastern Idaho Sports Network). Besides on-air play-by-play duties, also read commercials and PSA's for said network.

My Studio Equipment

I have access to the recording studio equipment on the campus of BYU-Idaho using "Audacity" to record voice track.

The file can then be transferred to a WAV file for transfer via e-mail or CD through the mail.
