Voice Description

I can speak in an anouncer type voice, (i.e. Gary Owens) with round, pear-shaped tones. I can do many accents as well. Spanish, Irish, German, Slavic, Italian, French, Austrailian, Inidan, Asian, and Southern if you'd like. Cartoon characters come quite natural to me. I can do many of the classic Mel Blanc voices such as Bugs Bunny, Barney Ruble, and Yosemite Sam just to name a few. I also do more contemporary cartoon voices such as Homer Simpson, Apu, Mr. Burns as well as impressions of political figures from today and yesterday.

My Voice Experience

Ways that I'ved used my voice talents: I sing in a local music group which gives me the opportunity to practice different voices over a P.A., played Barney the dinosaur for childrens parties, and provided voice work for web-sites locally.

My Training

While in the Air Force, I studied communications. Earned my Associate degree in communication from the Community College of the Air Force. Grew up with family members in radio.
