My Voice Experience
I have been in the radio industry for a little over 3 years and have extensive experience. Formerly a morning show co-host on Z107.1 FM located in Valparaiso, IN. I have done over 200 commercial spots for the company, Radio One Communications not to mention live on-air improv, and liners for all of our four stations.
My Training
Attended Purdue University for Radio and TV Communications, and did an internship for Radio One Communications for six months before being hired in as an Assistant Production Director, Promotions Assistant, and Programming Assistant. Currently at Radio One Communications as the co-host for Z107.1 FM's Wake-Up crew and Morning Producer for the show. Training for me is everyday here, and I learn something new all the time. Before breaking into the radio business, I was doing theatre for my High School drama club, and have extensive vocal training which is still on-going for choral groups. I was in my school's choral programs from 1994-2000, excelling so much that from 1996-2000, that I was in the Madrigal Choir (which also included improv comedy) and our school's elite choir, Chamber Choir.
