My Voice Experience

I first started my voice career in 2007 at a Toledo based Radio station called YesFM. I was a DJ in their employ for three years. (I left because I decided to marry one of my colleagues at the station.)

I've been a singer all my life, and have had lessons as well as performed in a few vocal ensembles. The greatest so far has been Bowling Green State University Men's Chorus.

I also play guitar and use those skills to lead worship for two different churches and organizations around the Toledo Area.

Since YesFM, I have been working on my voice portfolio and creating a resume. that is how I found Voice123.

My Training

Working on an Interpersonal Communications Degree with a career focus in performance studies from Bowling Green State University

Three Years Radio experience in live and voicetracked shows as well as calls in from the field

Strong love of acting and theater since performances in High School.

My Studio Equipment

I have Audition and an M-Audio Producer USB microphone. My studio is my office space at home.

Additional Skills

I am a Juggler. My best friend and I perform around the area as "Hatch and Xander: Jugglers Extraordinaire!" This relates to voice because our performances include lots of verbal comedy and communication with audiences.

I am also accomplished at video production and editing. I am familiar with Adobe Premier, and was trained on Final Cut Pro in film class at BGSU.
