Voice Description
I have been told I should go into radio or voiceover industry because of my voice for years. I have a low vocal range but it has been described as relaxing, not harsh. I can make it more commanding as in announcer style or very softspoken, depending on the issue. I am from the south but I do not have a noticeable, regional accent. I can do Northern as well as Southern accents as needed.

My Voice Experience
I have over eighteen years experience and exposure to recording, performing, and songwriting. I have a degree in music business and would like to possibly expand my talents into the voice industry.
My Training
Belmont University- Music Business Major, 1997. Learned a lot about voiceovers from a veteran voiceover/former disc jockey from Memphis.
My Studio Equipment
I have a 16 track analog Tascam MSR-16, used in conjunction with a Soundcraft Spirit mixer. I have digital recording possibilies with my PC, but choose to work with analog as I prefer the brightness of the sound. Have various sound reinforcement devices such as effects processors, and compressors. Also have a Korg workstation for composing music, vocal or instrumental.
Additional Skills
I have experience in recording technology, PC networking/admin training. Also play bass, electric guitar, and piano, and write music from time to time. Very knowledgeable in commercial music history as it is something I am very interested in discussing, such as music trivia.
