Voice Description
I was born and reared in the deep south, but moved around without a hint of an accent. I can drop a deep southern drawl, a variety of regional accents (new england, widwestern, west coast surfer, excellent english accent )and dialects. I am natural baritone, but can move either direction to a high pitched voice to a decent bass.

My Voice Experience
I started in high school plays.
I took the opportunity my senior year to announce basketball games.
I attended University of Southern Mississippi to study radion, tv, and film.
I had the opportunity to do voice-overs and be a voice actor for various class projects.
My Training
Training started as a lifeguard every summer from 1986-1996. Enunciating across a crowded pool at the top of your lungs really gets you used to projecting. I attend undergrad to study radio, tv and film and did various class projects in different genre and different voices, depending on the project. During undergrad I started officiating intramural sports. Another great training ground to have to be heard. Intramurals led me to grad school, travel and another opportunity to hear new voices to mimic. Grad school made me speak to groups, training officials and recruiting students to play and work.

Additional Skills
I have been a manager in a high-end specialty retailer (williams-sonoma) for the last seven years. This gave me great sales experience and the opportunity to come in contact with any more voices to mimic.
